Berry salad

Special Berry Fruit Salad
Recipe type: Dessert, Snack
 
Ingredients
  • mixture of berries for example cherries (halved and stoned), strawberries (quartered), raspberries and blueberries
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of natural sweetener
  • Greek yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Start with the mixture of berries.
  2. Take a few strawberries and raspberries. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and about a teaspoon of natural sweetener.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Pour over the berries and tos.
  5. Serve immediately with the Greek yoghurt
