I don’t like coffee loaded with cream and sugar but I do love a refreshing iced coffee. I tend to have it black unless adding protein powder. Here is how I make an at home version.
- 1 shot of espresso
- Half a cup of water
- 1 cup of ice
- Start with a shot of espresso. I used Starbucks Via (decaf)
- Add a small amount of water to dilute the powder
- Add a cup of ice and ½ cup of water and blend. It looks like it has milk in but this is just the froth
- Serve in your favourite cup
