Make your porridge (or oatmeal if you’re in the US) as normal. Once cooked stir in 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsps of desiccated coconut (a scoop of protein powder if desired) and a splash of coconut milk. I don’t sweeten my porridge, but if you wish to do so chose your favourite natural sweetener. Serve and if you’re feeling extra decedent top with a spoon of coconut cream and a spindle of desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
